Pi Kappa Phi

Indiana University

Pi Kappa Phi follows a traditional recruitment process as well as their own process called “365 recruitment.” Traditional recruitment means those interested in potentially joining the fraternity will attend call-out meetings such as Dunn Meadow. If the individual expresses interest, he will be invited over to the house and will then have the opportunity to meet brothers and see if he thinks Pi Kapp is a good fit for him. After mutual agreement has been made and both the individual and the fraternity feel that he is a good fit, he will receive a bid inviting him to become a candidate for the fraternity. For “365 recruitment,” Pi Kapp hosts year round events through informal gatherings such as at campus athletic events, clubs, and service functions.
