Sigma Phi Epsilon was founded on the Cardinal Principles: virtue, diligence, and brotherly love. Their fraternal mission is “Building Balanced Men,” through commitment to sound mind and body. In addition to developing balanced men, their fraternity serves as a home to over 80 brothers.
SigEp builds brotherhood for life, particularly through the Balanced Man Program, which replaces the traditional pledgeship model. The Balanced Man Program embodies their commitment to a non-hazing, non-pledging membership development program designed to build balanced men who serve their fraternity, university and community. Every member in SigEp has the same responsibility and rights no matter what their standing in college.
